Brillband is a UK full fibre broadband provider operating on the CityFibre network. They differentiate themselves with a “Fixed Price Promise,” meaning the monthly price customers pay at sign-up will not increase during their contract. This directly addresses one of the most common frustrations with larger ISPs who apply annual mid-contract price rises tied to CPI or RPI.

Brillband includes eero mesh Wi-Fi routers with their packages, positioning themselves as offering a premium home Wi-Fi experience alongside their broadband service. The use of eero hardware rather than generic ISP-branded equipment sets them apart from many competitors in the CityFibre space. Some packages also come with free setup, removing one of the common barriers to switching providers.
