Giganet

Giganet is a significant UK full fibre broadband provider and one of CityFibre’s key ISP partners. Originally established around 2003 as a business ISP, the company expanded into residential full fibre under the Giganet brand. Headquartered in Fareham, Hampshire, Giganet has grown to become one of the larger independent ISPs on CityFibre’s network with a presence across many CityFibre-enabled cities.

Beyond their own retail customers, Giganet also operates as a wholesale partner on CityFibre’s network. Notably, Cuckoo Broadband uses Giganet as their CityFibre wholesale provider. This dual retail/wholesale role, combined with their origins as a business ISP, means Giganet brings enterprise-grade network engineering and reliability to the residential broadband market.
